MUNICH 2021

Thanks to its internationally-recognised expertise in the professional catering sector, its know-how developed over 40 years of experience and its ability to realise tailor-made solutions for their hosting environment, Prisma was chosen to make the cafe counter and the open kitchen in the executive area of the new headquarters of a major International brand.

Prisma Italia Works

Prisma’s aim has always been to smartly combine aesthetics, ergonomics and functionality, resulting in a design with a solid stainless steel structure.
While the core is always stainless steel, the elements of the projects include various materials which, combined with professional equipment, guarantee the best result.

The star of this installation, located at the entrance of the building and dedicated to the reception of guests and to social moments for the employees, is the DELI café counter suitable for a service ranging from breakfast to lunch and snacks.

The curved counter has a granite top and frontal wood panelling, it is equipped with refrigerated shelves and a large curved refrigerated window display for the showing of snacks.

Tailor-made refrigeration

Design, aesthetics and functionality cleverly mixed

In addition to the cold section, the cafe counter has been equipped with a large glass-ceramic plate to keep dishes warm. Thanks to Prisma’s experience in manufacturing customised equipment for the making of cold dishes, design, aesthetics and functionality have been cleverly mixed in order to create a display counter that is also an important piece of furniture for the surrounding environment.

The kitchen, consisting of preparation counters and service tables, overlooks a large hall which often hosts business lunches and dinners.
