For the restaurant of a major Hotel in Zurich, Prisma supplied the bar counter, the buffet and a new Take-Away concept. The bar counter for the preparation of drinks and for the cafeteria service has a stainless steel core and an elegant light-grey laminate cladding, with stone service top and worktop. A sophisticated combination that enhances the aesthetics of the location.
The two large buffet counters, with stainless-steel structure, have warm oak cladding and engineered stone tops, complete with static refrigerated tops and hot plates.
Both counters have a system of mobile superstructures with lighting system and heating tunnels that allow for a personalisation of the counter space according to the specific needs or the menu of the day. A new, sophisticated Take-Away concept is also offered within the hotel – the “Zum Mitnäh”.
For Zum Mitnäh, Prisma created the front and back counters, both in stainless steel with marble tops. The former is entirely covered in wood, whereas the latter has black powder-coated fronts.
