Prisma for an exclusive Riva event on Lake Garda

Prisma products helped professionals prepare and serve cocktails at a special event for the maritime world.

It was 1842 when, on Lake Iseo, shipwright Pietro Riva decided to restore most of the boats of the fishermen, destroyed by a sudden storm. The legend of ‘Riva’ was thus born, and today – 180 years later – it is a well-established company part of Ferretti group and representing a chapter in the history of design and custom in our country.

Riva designs and creates yachts 27 to 68 feet long, a symbol of the Italian know-how perfectly balanced between craftsmanship and technology. Its know-how, its love for quality and its passion for the naval sector ideally link it to Prisma, which – for over 40 years – has been working to provide technical solutions for the preparation, conservation and display of food and beverage on cruises, yachts and superyachts. The virtuous affinities between the two companies have indeed led Prisma to take part as a technical sponsor to a Riva event organised last 5th July at Marina Nautica Casarola in Lazise (VR).

For the first time in history, four Riva yachts (of the Riva 33’, Aquariva, Riva 48’ Dolceriva models) were displayed on the lake and could be visited by all guests, in a private evening with an exclusive atmosphere.

The expert mixologists prepared and served their cocktails thanks to Prisma equipment, designed to optimise workflows and make the professionals’ work easier, in the smallest possible space and with the best professional equipment. All Prisma products are 100% Made in Italy and entirely made of AISI 304 or 316 stainless steel, adapted each time to the space and needs of the location, be it a kitchen, a galley, a restaurant or a bar, on ship or on land.
