Identità Cocktail, the section devoted to the world of well-mixed drinks and part of B2B Identità Milano congress, dedicated on a broader scale to the world of food and professional catering, has recently concluded.
This year, on the Identità Cocktail arena, internationally renowned bartenders, mixologists and chefs took turns on stage, including Andrea Aprea and Jessica Rocchi of Aprea Restaurant in Milan, Francesco Cione of Beefbar, Sossio del Prete of Rumore, Eduardo Estatico and Vincenzo Iencharelli of Experience Cocktail Club La Mela in Naples, Federico Rutina of Ceresio 7 and Gabriele Menini, consultant of Scottish Development International.
There were also masterclasses such as those by Shingo Gokan of The SG Club in Tokyo, Riccardo Marinelli and Valerio Visentin of Terrazza Les Etoiles in Rome, and Simone Covan of Santa Cocktail Club in Florence.
All the events took place thanks to the fundamental support of Prisma Cocktail Station, for the second year in a row an essential part of the staging of the event, useful to the speakers and international guests for the preparation and serving of their most famous cocktails.
